The South East London rock band Sabatta has approached me to create a music video for “Prized Possession”, a track from their latest album – Misfit Music.

Combining a variety of influences, Yinka Oyewole (lead vocals and guitar) and Debbie Dee (bass and backing vocals) embrace their love of rock, punk, funk, metal, soul, and psychedelic music to create an “Explosive! […] unholy amalgamation of sounds.”— Clash Magazine. 

The clip was shot in an East London warehouse and on the streets of Soho. Prized Possession explores the use of force and power struggles both at personal and institutional levels. Especially when force is being deployed to seemingly protect the interest of the “possessed”.
